Coming from the south? 
When you get here, go past our driveway, there is a semi truck turnaround just 1/4 mile north of us. The approach from the north is much easier than trying to cross traffic.

RESORT RULES

 

RESERVATION POLICIES

  • Deposit: 50%
  • Cancelation Policy: 2 WEEKS before check in date
  • No early check outs. You will not be refunded for leaving early.
  • We may move your reservation to a similar site unless you pay for a site lock.
  • Prices include 2 adults, 2 children, 2 vehicles and 2 dogs. All extras will be charged an additional fee
  • Credit card must be on file even when paying cash or booking through third parties

RESORT RULES

  • CHECK OUT – 11:00 AM CHECK IN – 1:00 PM
  • Speed limit: 5 MPH
  • All guests must register at office upon arrival
  • Quiet time: 10 PM to 9 AM
  • All visitors must check in with office and pay $5/person entrance fee.
  • All visitors must leave by 10 PM
  • No RV drop offs. You must drive your RV into and out of the campground.
  • No EV charging
  • No tents, mats, or vehicles allowed on grass. Floorless awnings ok. Lawns are watered daily. Do not place items on grass that cannot get wet. Close RV windows
  • You will be charged for replacing damaged sprinkler heads and dead grass if you turn off sprinkler system.
  • Site Parking: 1 RV and 1 vehicle per site
  • Visitors and extra vehicles must park in overflow parking
  • No dishwashing in restrooms
  • No water balloons
  • You will be charged extra for damaged or excessively dirty sites/park property.
  • Campfires are to remain in firepits and do not leave campfires unattended or when going to bed
  • Campfires MUST be extinguished before checking out or leaving your site.
  • No washing of vehicles or vehicle repair/maintenance
  • DO NOT hang anything from, nail anything to, or cut our trees
  • Do Not paint the rocks. $100 fine for each rock
  • DO NOT COLLECT FIREWOOD. Firewood is available for purchase at the office
  • NO SMOKING in any of the buildings or any structure owned by the park
  • ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS OR DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS ON CAMPGROUND PROPERTY
  • All firearms should be stored securely in your camper/cabin/vehicle unless it is in a secure holster and being carried in compliance with all federal and state laws
  • No refunds if you are removed from the property for breaking any ruly, policy or law
  • Do not argue with, yell at or otherwise be disrespectful to employees or staff
  • Actions by any person (as determined by Park staff) of any nature which may be dangerous, creates a health/safety problem, or disturbs others in NOT permitted. Which includes, but not limited to, any act involving a weapon, any type of perceived domestic violence, disturbing or excessive noise, intoxication, underage drinking, threatening, fighting, immoral or illegal conduct, profanity, abusive language or conduct
  • No generator use, unless there is a park wide outage
  • Do not place mattresses, appliances, or hazardous materials in the garbage dumpster
  • The resort is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property, or for injuries to persons. Enter at your own risk.
  • For the purpose of these rules “Guest” is the person, and their party as listed in their reservation, who has paid for overnight accommodations. “Visitors” are people visiting the park for the day or who are visiting Guests and are not listed in any overnight reservation. Park and Campground are Blue Lake RV and Cabin, LLC (DBA Blue Lake RV Resort)

PET POLICIES

  • Aggressive or loud dogs will be removed without refund
  • No more than 3 dogs per site
  • All dogs must be on a 6-foot leash when not in the off-leash area
  • All dog poo MUST be picked up and disposed of immediately. DO NOT leave full doggie bags on the ground
  • Do not leave dogs unattended at any time for any reason
  • No dogs allowed in Bath House, Laundry Room, Cabins or Tent

LAKE RULES

  • No lifeguard on duty.
  • No swimming after 9pm.
  • Life jackets are required for all watercraft rentals
  • Catch and Release Only $20 fine for dead trout
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult near the lake and dock
  • No beach access, swimming and launching from dock only.
  • No motors of any kind in the lake.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

  • I understand the rules and rental conditions upon which I am renting accommodations, equipment and using the rest of the associated property … lodging and camping and use of the swimming/bathing facilities. The sole responsibility for my safety lies with me. In agreeing to this, I acknowledge that outdoor and water activities and exposure to the natural elements and animals can be dangerous and sometime result in injury and even death. Water facilities contain inherent risks, animals, plants and insects can threaten and infect or injure, exposure to the elements can cause hypothermia, sunburn, among other risks inherent in participating in camping, outdoor and water activities. Alcohol and/or drugs do not mix safely with any outdoor activity.
  • I certify that I am over the age of 18 (and assume responsibility for those in my charge under the age of 18, and all of my guests regardless of age). I hereby assume all legal responsibility for bodily injury to myself or any other person and property as a result of my visit to Blue Lake RV & Cabin and use, operation or possession of equipment hired or loaned to me. Acknowledging this, I accept complete responsibility for myself and the minor children in my charge and visit Blue Lake RV & Cabin Campground and associated properties and engage in activities or events at Blue Lake RV & Cabin at my own risk.
  • I will abide by the rules and accept the rental conditions: – I. The property I rent will be returned in the same condition in which it was rented and I will be responsible, and my credit card charged, for all damage or loss that occurs during my rental period. – II. I agree to hold harmless and to indemnify Blue Lake RV & Cabin and its directors and officers, against all loss, theft, damage, expense and penalty on account of personal injury or property damage to the undersigned or to any minor child or guests of the undersigned, howsoever rising, whether by act or acts or failure to act of the employees or animals or trees or other guests of the said company or not. – III. I acknowledge receipt of the property in good order and condition and further agree that Blue Lake RV & Cabin and its board of directors, officers and staff shall not be liable for consequential damages of any kind or nature from whatever cause arising, whether property or equipment is loaned or rented. – IV. I enter into agreement freely with Blue Lake RV & Cabin at my own risk, acknowledging the risks inherent in outdoor and water activities and assume any and all responsibility for myself and the minor children in my charge.
  • All parties agree to and will comply with Federal, State and County pollution laws and any other applicable laws and regulations.
